Show the minimum value as better (taller column) in colum chart

I  am trying to show the minimum value as being better in a column chart while still showing its original value and not having an outside measure affect the visual of the chart too much. Is this possible? I am not a fan of how the invert range visual looks at all and hoping there is another way. Specifcally looking at sprint times and want the 2.94 column to be displayed higher.

@mmadiganjr , for that you have to use a  new measure = 1/[Measure] 

And use measure driven label
