Sharing report with preset filters

Hello everyone,

I'm working on sharing PBI reports with preset filters. However, my question is that I have multiple tabs on the report and I would like to share with preset filters on all the tabs. This doesn't work for me, does this feature currently exist?

Hi @shwethadittakav ,

You can use Persistent Filters feature in desktop and service.

You can also try to use Report Bookmarks.

Report Bookmarks are created by the report author in the Desktop.

When you create a bookmark, the following elements are saved with the bookmark:

  • The current page
  • Filters
  • Slicers, including slicer type (for example, dropdown or list) and slicer state
  • Visual selection state (such as cross-highlight filters)
  • Sort order
  • Drill location

Hope it helps.
