Hello,
I am pulling data from an online SharePoint list.
however if I add a date field, I get:
and if I add an id field I get this:
I am not doing any column summeries, etc. I should not have to add the date and id fields to get all five entreis to show up, right?
Cheers!

Hi @pkoel-asb ,
Power BI will remove the duplicated rows automatically when put fields in visual. This is by design. Your first screenshot put the field Name0, Duration, MonthNumber on the table visual, and there are 5 records in Power Query Editor, then will display the following table of data. But the second and third data are duplicate, and the other 4 and 5 are duplicate, so that when put on the table visual, only the following table of three records will be displayed...
Similarly, on the second screenshot, when the Date field is added, the last two rows are duplicates, so one row is removed and only four rows are displayed on the table visual...
Best Regards
@pkoel-asb , Power bi always shows distinct/group by value for non summarized column. It will not row-level data. So you have use additional column or an index column
Hi,
I do not uderstand your reply. when I go into Power Bi power Query, I see these entries for the user:
yet when I go into datasheet view I only see three. I have no grouping set up, nor do I seelct distinct on the summerization.
Sincerely,
Peter
