Hello,
I am bringing in data from a SharePoint List that includes a multivalue user column. The data only includes the string ID and not the actual user name. I have already extracted the values and identified the users (manually). I created a 'look up' table so I can include the actual user name in filters, and/or columns in a table visual. The issue I have now is as there are some rows that have multiple users assigned to it I don't know how to display the names together from the lookup table? I hope this makes sense.
Hi @lbendlin . Thankyou for your response, could you please advise where I can source the 'User Information List' from, noting that I only have general SharePoint Site 'Owner' access and am not admin. Thankyou in advance
You don't need special permissions to see that list. It is an integral part of every SharePoint site.
Import the "User Information List" list from the same sharepoint and add it to your data model.
