Setup for monthly refresh and export of data

Hi there,

I've been told it's possible to setup a PowerBI dashboard to refresh monthly and then export the data as a text file and e-mail it to another department. 

Obviously, it's possible to setup a monthly refresh of a dashboard but is it even possible to export the data and e-mail it using PowerBI? If so, how would I go about doing this? Is this only possible with Power Automate?

@Anonymous , I think you have to use power automate, That will be a better option
