Select query in power BI

I need to select values from table in Power BI based on some conditions. When I create a new measure and use Evaluate it shows error. Could some one help me out. Here I need to get values in Calculated Column where ColumnName is some X.

@Anonymous you can't use EVALUATE in measures / calculated columns or in general inside Power BI. It's only for queries. Can you share what exactly you want to achieve and I'll share the code with you

I need the Values in Calculated column based on condition where  ColumnName value =HighVoltage_Calculated. So as to visualize as a line chart

@Anonymous still not sure I understand 🙂 Can you share a sample data and hard code there the result and write the logic behind it?

Thank you for responding 🙂 . This is the data sample. The field ColumnName has several other entries too. I need to plot the Calculated values against time with condition as ColumnName entries.
