Search table of strings based on selected keyword

I have tried the other solutions on here with no luck.  I see solutions using COUNTX, COUNTROWS, as a Measure, but my attempts at implementing these never worked.

I would like to select a Keyword in a keyword table, and then display each row whose string contains the selected keyword in a conversations table.

If I select, "Apple," I would like to see "I like apples," "apples are good" in the conversations table.

Here's what I wish I could do in psuedocode:

FilteredConvos = FILTER(Conversations[conversations], "String in row contains SELECTEDVALUE(Keyword[keyword]")

Any help is appreciated!

Re: Search table of strings based on selected keyword

T17 is my strings table.
T18 is my keywords table.

Exist =
VAR searched_value =
    SEARCH (
        SELECTEDVALUE ( T18[Dictionary] ),
        SELECTEDVALUE ( T17[String] ),
        BLANK ()
    IF (
        searched_value > 0,
