Hi,
I'm new on Power BI and i need help with shaping my sankey diagram. I have pivoted data which have 19 columns which i need to show a flow for. I dont need all 19 columns however i need to show which areas handled (assisted) with that reference. Like a call flow from one department to the other up until the end. Or is there another diagram i can use?

Could you please clarify more details about requirement above and show the expected result?
