Review and refine ingest queries to ensure they're as efficient as possible. This may involve filtering the data at the source, or breaking up large queries into smaller, more manageable queries.

Regarding data duplication, this may be due to the different ways in which Power BI and SAP BW handle case sensitivity and leading/trailing spaces.
Use Power Query Editor in Power BI to ensure that the case of your text data is consistent before you load it into Power BI. You can use functions to normalize text data. Still in Power Query Editor, use the function to remove unnecessary leading and trailing spaces from your text data. You can check the following link:
