SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR function no longer working

Has anyone else experienced the SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR function as of the July 2023 PowerBi update no longer functioning in their report?

I have tested it and it works. The DAX Guider you can refer. 

SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Docs

Or you can try the equivalent formula:DATEADD(dates, -1, year)

Pbix in the end you can refer.

I'll have to test whether there is some kind of bug or issue with SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR.

This function is also not working for me.  I have had the SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR measure working for over 6 months now and all of a sudden it started returning null values in my report.
