Running total with overwrite when inventory is measured

Hello,

I am trying to calculate an inventory (or stock) level which needs to be overwritten once an inventory measurement is done. I have followed this subject of @Jihwan_Kim, Resetting Running Total based on column value, and the reset is working, but now I want to start the running total with the new value, instead of zero.

The problem is based on a stock level in silos. The additions(input) in the silo is entered manually in a PowerApp. The output of the silo is measured by a feeder pipe. Both data are in one column: Dosing. It's positive when material is added in the silo. It's negative when the material is taken out through the feeder pipe.

Once every week (not fixed times), a visual inspection is done on the stock level. This visual inspection is leading for the stock levels.

My data is as follows: DT,Silo_ID,Dosing,Visual_value and I want stock/inventory to be calculated. I should be the running total of each Silo, which is overwritten when it is measured: red rows. All data is stored through PowerApps and databases, and entered in the Dataset below.

DT                                         Silo_ID  Dosing  Visual_value  Stock/inventory
