Region comparaison in 1 line with target

Hello,

I created a graph in Tableau desktop and wonder if i could the same in Power BI,

I've tried many things but nothing works.

if you have any idea, i would gladly take it.

This are the sales of 4 regions, on the horizontal bar you have the value.
The target is the average of the 4 regions.
