Radar Chart showing muliple categories and one value

Hi, I am trying to build a radar chart in Power BI that overlays different the scores of different projects per a certain category. I can very easily create this in Excel but I just can't seem to get it right in Power BI. I have downloaded two radar charts in my desktop app and I have tried to insert multiple categories (for project and topic) but I can always only add multiple values (I only have one relevant value). Can someone please help? Thanks! Here are the examples in Excel:

Change both max axis values to 1
