RLS - show data for only explicitly listed users

Hi,

I have this scenario:

1. we have report, that all users are allowed to see

2. I need to make one visual (data from one table) to be visible to only one people (for all others can show a blank table)

Is this possible? I can create two groups (A: 1 person, B: all others), but I assume, that then I need to actualize the B group whenever a new user is added.

So the logic should be:

- don´t show this table/data unless this user is explicitly allowed to see them.

Hi @Jan_Bernasek ,

This depends on the data you want to show on this particular visual, this can be achieve if the specif information is on a table that can be filtered based on user, but be aware that all the information on that specific table will be filtered so if it you fact table everything will be visible to only some.

You probably need to do a particular table that will have the summarize information for those users and then filter thart table and used it on your visual with RLS;
