Quick Measure: Average Calculation VS Excel Pivot Average Calculation

I am trying to get an average calculation via Quick Measure in Power BI to match how an Excel Pivot table does the calculation.

There are tickets which are sent to another department and come back after a task is completed. Usually this is 1-3 days, which the Excel Pivot Table average shows. For some reason my quick measure for average is showing much higher, over 13.

How can I emulate an Excel Pivot table Average using Quick Measure? Screenshot of PowerBI vs Excel:

@Anonymous , in excel is it Avg of Avg or Avg of line level

If you have used  a measure =  Average(Table[Return Time])

then you will get Simple Avg of like at row and grand total level

Now to Avg or Avg at the Grand Total level you can have measures like

Averagex(Values(Table[ticket Volumn]) , calculate(Average(Table[Return Time])

You can use visual grouping column in place of Ticket Volumn
