Previous month's value filter by an ID

Hello, new to power bi. I am having an issue in which I am trying to make a calculated column, that brings the previous month's Amount, based on the EE. I got to the point below, but don't know how to filter it so it only brings across the EE value, not just the largest one. For example row 2 in the picture below should be "50" not 80.

I am aware you can make this as a measure but need it as a calculated column.
