Hi @AtchayaP
The highlight tooltip appears when you have filtered down your values. This could be done by either a slicer or a selection made in a table.
See my example below:

Yes , I made a selection in table, so thats why showing as highlighted but what does it mean by number next to highlighted.?
Hi @AtchayaP
In your example above the highlighted 4 represents 4 emails highlighted from the Architecting ContentName based on your selection in the table.
which means 4 people denotes distinct users?
Hi @AtchayaP
If all of your records of emails are distinct then yes this would represent 4 distinct users.
@AtchayaP , Can you share a screenshot of what fields are being used inside the tree map you are hovering over?
Thanks
these are the names.
When I used filter for the specific name for the other visual I got HIGHLIGHTED
hi @AtchayaP , send a screenshot of the FIELDS. You can find it under the Visualization Panel for the Visual.
Please see this screenshot for reference:
You should be able to see the reason behind why there is a HIGHLIGHTED field showing up on your tooltip by looking at the fields used for your visual.
