Power Bi failing to refresh

hi

for  some strange reason  my  scheduled refreshes have all started to fail with this error message.

 

Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

i do not have gateway errors

Refresh  history states  "invalid connection  credentials"

I'm assuming you've verified that the account you're using has permissions on the data source it's trying to refresh from?

 

In Desktop, File > Options and settings > data source settings.  Check the permissions for each of the data sources there too.

i have removed the new calendar  spreadsheet that was created and installed the original. it seems that was the problem. all seems to be working as expected.  thanks

What's your data source?

You could go to Data source setting to edit the credentials:
