Power Bi: Searching a specific word in a column

Hi all, 

I have table with a column and I want to find a specific word within that column. I currently use this which is working. 

Keyword Parking = SEARCH("Parking",[columntosearch],,BLANK())

However, I don't want to hard code these words into Power Bi. I would like these words within a Sharepoint list to make it more maintainable. Is there a way I can replace the "Parking" with a LookupValue looking at a specific column in sharepoint and if that word is present it returns a "true" value.
