Power BI Report Server May-2020 HotFix #2 - Desktop Patch Fails

The second hotfix (15.0.1103.232) for the May-2020 Power BI Report Server update has an issue with the Desktop msi.

As usual there is no documentation supplied with the installers.  

The PBIDesktop_x64 msi 'Repair' option fails with the error message "The specified account already exists"

One has to uninstall and then re-install the DeskTop
