Power BI Desktop has blue streaks on side and a portion of the top panel

I opened Power BI Desktop this morning and it appears as shown in the image. Has this happened to anybody else? if so, how do I fix it?

I have tries the following:

• Updated Power BI Destop
• Restart computer & VM
• Uninstall Power BI Desktop and re install

None of the actions mentioned worked
