Dear
I have Microsoft Power BI Desktop version 2.122.746.0 64-bit (October 2023) installed on my Windows 10 Professional Laptop.
Until last week, October 16-20, 2023, I could export my dashboards to PDF without any problems.
But today, October 24, 2023, the export of my dashboard to PDF, led to a different result. The export was successful, but in the PDF all the elements of the dashboard were displayed too large and did not fit a letter-size page, as in past exports.
Has it happened to you?
How can I fix this export issue?
Best regards
Eduardo Martinez

Hi @alanlee ,
This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally.
And below is the workaround. Please have a try.
Go to 'Add or Remove Programs' then search for Webview and click on Modify. Then select the option to 'Repair' and it will update it to the latest version. Note that you will need admin rights to install the latest version.
Best Regards,

Hello
I checked the links and tried some suggestions of the solutions that they comment on, only one worked for me but with a problem...
It is worth mentioning that in my dashboard I only have 5 reports that I publish to PDF.
1) Publish my .pbix file from Power BI Desktop to my Power BI cloud workspace.
2) I accessed my Power BI cloud space, using the Edge browser.
3) Already in the cloud I was able to export my dashboards to PDF, but a chart I am using called PayPal KPI Donut Chart, was not exported.
Here's the data in this chart:
How can I correct this problem?
Already to be able to deliver this report that I am already 3 days late.
Best regards
Eduardo Martinez
@Syndicate_Admin , then maybe there's a problem with the chart, try using another chart
