Power BI Data model

HI Guys,

I am trying to solve this data model. How I will link my dimesion tables to this ..

 

ANy suggestion please.

Hi @ImranAslamEMH 

 

Maybe you can try power query editor -> Merge queries, please reference the following article. This will let you know how to merge tables to one table.

In your case, first copy the ExpenseTable so that if there are any errors you can have a backup, and rename it.

Then use the merger queries under the home tab set as the following show:

Click ok and expend the new column, select Actual:

You will get the result you want. i put pbix file in the end.

If you need to do the calculations in the desktop, I have also shown them in the pbix file. If I misunderstood you please let me know.

You can create relationship among your tables on COSTCODE column.
