Hi,
We are having an issue with one specific user. She constantly gets a pink screen when using Power BI desktop. This is a brand new Lenovo laptop with 16GB RAM and i5 processor, and is connected through a dock to dual screens. We have replaced the screens, the cables, the dock and the laptop and it keeps happening. The laptop runs fine until Power BI is opened. It is not consistent, but happens 2 - 3 times per day.
Has anyone else seen this?

@techpros , first of all, please check- is it working without using an external screen. If not, does it give any error.
If yes, share the error. If it works on the main laptop screen and not on extended on then it could be a driver or screen resolution issue. Try a different screen resolution
