POWERBI DAX HELP

Hello Everyone,

I was trying to create a quadrant graph and I am looking for a dax measure function.

I got Product_sales in one table, and COG in second table, I want to get the profit. I tried to create a new column using related and then use =sum() to make it a measure. But I put the value into the quadrant graph, it said data not supported. So I'm think is there a way to create a measure and using the related dax in the measure.
