Onpremise gateway connection issue

is anyone having this issue.

 

I sign into onpremise gateway using my organization credentials and tried to refresh the dashboard in workspace and it's failing. 

when i checked gateway is not signed in  and prompting me to sign in .

@bmmrk , Have you setup the gateway and connection in Power bi Service -> Dataset -> Settings ?

 

If not then do that first.

 

Please share the error you are getting
