Nvidia G-Sync freezes Power BI Desktop

I'm running a Nivida Graphics card on my desktop PC, which has G-Sync enabled.

When I'm running Power BI Desktop on my machine, there are intermittent freezes / slowdown in the application where I get around 15 fps for a few seconds. The problem recurrs every minute or so.

Disabling G-Sync in the Nvidia control panel removes the issue.

Excellent! I wasn't sure if this should be raised for Power BI Desktop application or for G-force / Nvidia to take care of.

However, Power BI Desktop is the only application where I have noticed the stutters so far.
