Need help with Matrix Visualization

Hi Team, 

Is there any way to merge more than 1 row in Power BI, like we have option to merge the cells in Excel. The requirement is to present the data in the attached format. Any quick help is really appreciable.

For Values in matrix, it could not achieve that merge them as excel in power bi matrix visual for now, 

you may submit an idea in here.

Not sure if the usecase which you are trying will work in any Power BI Visual.

@Anonymous , You can not merge in the middle. only initial rows can be merged.

@Anonymous - Yeah, no. I don't know of any way to do that in Power BI matrix visual!

Hi @Anonymous 

 

I think yes that is doable in PowerBI matrix table, when you turn off the stepped layout in the row header format setting.

 

In your pic 3rd columns showing bigger merge then second column, I think this will be a problem, probably you would require to change the row placement in your matrix table.

 

Let me know if above makes sense.
