Need help on if condition

Hi,

I've below DAX Measure senario need help on this.

if(
CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue")  =0,   
then
CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue",CM[CMLastMonthYear]=1),
Else
0 )
 
Can someone help me on this?

Try this

Measure = IF( CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue") = 0, CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue", CM[CMLastMonthYear] = 1 ), 0 )

Measure = IF( CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue") = 0, CALCULATE(count(ALL(CM[Change ID])), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue", CM[CMLastMonthYear] = 1 ), 0 )
