Hi
Below is the table which I want to achieve based on month selection from a dropdown slicer .
I have got mainly one issues here as below:
1) Here I have got lots of columns such as Avaliability, Outage Minutes, Sev1 MTTR etc etc... But then I have got Month data and YTD data on rows. The difficulty is how can I create this table where it will show YTD and Month data on row for each of the column and also the data needs to show as below
a) For Month, based on the selected month from the dropdown list , it will show data for that month
b) For YTD, based on the selected month from the dropdown list , it will add up data from January to that selected month and show on that row
I am bit new here and also still learning PowerBI, so appreciate if anyone could help explaining what I need to do to achieve this. It looks bit complex for me. Appreciate for a quick reply.
Hi @MFelix ,
Thanks for your reply.
Do you mean to create a measure something like
Outage-Measure-MTH
Degradation-Measure-MTH
Sev1-MTTR-Measure-MTH
Sev2-MTTR-Measure-MTH
....
Outage-Measure-YTD
Degradation-Measure-YTD
Sev1-MTTR-Measure-YTD
Sev2-MTTR-Measure-YTD
Then try put them in matrix?
I tried the above way, but it doesn't help as need to create one measure for each column.
Is there any way I can create only two measures, one for MTD and another for YTD for all columns?
Regards
Biren

Hi @birenpat ,
If you create a measure for each of the values (month and YTD) and then add it to the matrix and select the option switch values to rows you will present the visualization has you need.
