Hi Team,
Please help in setting out steps to create a report that tracks KPI performence of each job role in the application.
As per the requirement from customer, we need a generate a report that says how many people are meeting thier goals in their respective workflow stages while the request gets assigned to them. To give a background, we have a log table that has the following columns.
Activity Name
Activity Date
Action date
Action By (person name)
ID
an another table that has flag status for each stage. here flag speaks about the status of the request. if the request stays with a person for review for 2 days from activity data it is amber. if 3 its red
Let say for review Amber is 2, Red is 3
The request Activity Dats in 25/04/2017. As per todays date that status is amber and for tomorrow it will turn red. so if the person approves the request tomorrow, the kpi shoud say he\she has missed the target. The same way it needs to be calculated for all the stages.
Please help with the implementation.

Generally you can use TODAY() and SWITCH in a calculated column to calculate the status. You'll get more specific suggestion if you post some sample data and expected output.
You will need/want to share some sample data. Even though you described your schema, no one here wants to take the time to create dummy data for you.
