Need a calculated column to get available days of employees.

Hello All

I have created a column named as Working days for all month and it's working fine in matrix visual, on the other side I have a measure for available days of employees and that also working fine but in Card , when i am dragging it into matrix with Working days then its not working properply along with working days, attaching Screenshots for both the cases. i.e., With Available days & Without Available days. So I want a calculated column instead using measure for Available days.

the measure i have used , 

Available Days = CALCULATE([Workdays]-'Leaves'[leaves days],USERELATIONSHIP('Date'[Date],'Leaves'[FromDate]))

@jay_patel ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
