Multiple date comparison Date Slicer

I have transactions that have an OPEN DATE and CLOSED Date. The CLOSED date is null for transactions that are still open. I am looking to create a slicer that has a MIN Date and MAX Date that can filter my dataset to show "Active" records.

Here is my logic.

If (OpenDate <= MaxDate && ClosedDate is blank)

                Active

Else If (OpenDate <= MaxDate && ClosedDate >= MinDate)

                Active

Else If (ClosedDate < Min Date)

                InActive

Else If (OpenDate > MaxDate)

                InActive

Else

                Inactive

Is something like this possible within PowerBI?

TIA,

Erich Wong
