Multiple SharePoint Workflow task list combination into one querie

i ended up going with a refrence table that pulls the source data from that a table and then a function that builds and filters the data

Hi @Brendan_McLaren ,

If the format of the lists are similar you can create a function that makes the treatment of the data for one of the lists, then create a list with the fulllist of sharepoint websites and run the function on those 50 adresses this should give you the append lists in a single query.

i thought i would be able to do something like that,

the lists are identical, they are all workflow task lists with the exact same columns

do you know how i would do this?

Hi @Brendan_McLaren ,

Check the video below where you have an explanation about how to create and use a function on Query editor.

You need to make a similar process the only thing where your parameters of the function should be inserted in on the web adress of the sharepoint lists. and to use your function you should create a list of URL with all the list address.
