Moving Average When blank use the last non blank date

I have a 3 week moving average line that I want to extend the most recent non blank 3 week moving average out for the rest of the year. 

 

This is my current 3 week moving average calulation

 

CALCULATE (
    AVERAGEX ( CUT, CUT[ActualSpot] ),
    DATESINPERIOD (
        CUT[StartDate],
        LASTDATE ( CUT[StartDate] ) -7,
        -21,
        DAY
    )
)

instead of DATESINPERIOD you may want to use TOPN(x...) from the fact table to grab existing data rather than dates.

 

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to assist you. Avoid posting screenshots of your source data if possible.
