I am looking to calculate retention rate. I have a seperate table with dates and I have hire date, term date, and many more columns to use. I have been trying to figure this out for a while now and would love some help. I would also love to have "current staff","current terms", "new hires" all by month. I have added a link to my published PowerBi. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
