Hi @Anonymous ,

This error could you due to many reasons:

  1. Your data is huge in Power BI and not
  2. Your data model is not right
  3. There could some summarisations on certain fields that are not like by Power BI according to modelling concepts

I am assuming you are using IMPORT mode to bring data in Power BI.

what you can try is:

  • Try removing unnecessary columns from Power BI - sometimes these cause memory issues
  • Try to bring only the data in Power BI that is useful for reporting purposes

Can you also add more details on:

  1. What size of data you are working with?
  2. What kind of data model you have got in Power BI? Some screenshot can help here.
  3. How many tables and columns you are working with?
  4. Have you created some additional columns and summarised tables in Power BI using source data?

Try adding some screenshots for the above, that will hlep us in understanding the issue in a better way.

Thanks,

Pragati

@Anonymous , Try few steps. Increase the Memory Management cache to 10 GB( Supported by RAM and Virtual Memory)

Do these settings

Load Setting.png

Also, try to reduce data in various files.

You should use deployment pipeline to load production data
