Hi,
I am in need of a visual that will display my cost of inventory and will show how many units are at that cost. For example, lets say i have 80 units at $500 each, 150 units at $600 each, and 40 units at $700 each. I want to represent that in the form of a mekko chart so that x-axis represents number of units (in which case the 150 units at 600 would be the thickest bar) and i want the y-axis to display the cost. I also want to be able to sort the x-axis by the age of the inventory so that i can see the cost of whats scheduled to come off the books next (we use a LIFO inventory system). If you have any ideas on how this can be done please let me know. Thanks!
Hi @jakeudy ,
"I want to represent that in the form of a mekko chart so that x-axis represents number of units (in which case the 150 units at 600 would be the thickest bar)"
"i want the y-axis to display the cost. "
As tested, Y-axis can only show percentages.
" I also want to be able to sort the x-axis by the age of the inventory"

Lionel Chen

@v-lionel-msft Is there another Power BI visual that you know of that i can download from the marketplace that would be able to serve my purpose?
Hi @jakeudy ,
Sorry I didn't find a visual that fully met your requirements. Mekko graph may be the best choice for you.
