Measured with ALLSELECTED or ALLEXCEPT

I can not create the measure that tells me the "Registrations by Zone". This is the number of registrations according to the f_Matriculaciones fact table, distinguishing by Concession Name and CP, according to the table of dimensions d_CP by Concessions. I have tried with the ALLSELECTED and ALLEXCEPT functions and I do not get the expected result with any. I attach all the measurements I have created to test, the result of each of them and the model.

Once I get this measure, I want each of the following measures to be displayed in a column in a table:

  • Registrations by brand Brand (if the center corresponds to the KIA brand, I get all Kia registrations).
  • Registrations by Area (there is a list of, I get all the registrations of Cádiz regardless of the brand).
  • Registrations by Postal Code, whose list is reported in the table d_CP by Concessions.

All this in turn distinguishing in the ranks by Concession Name.

So far I have managed to get the "Registrations by brand brand " and "Registrations by postal code" and view them separately, with the following measure:

Matriculaciones = CALCULATE(COUNT(f_Matriculaciones[Bastidor]))

I hope you can help me.

Thank you very much in advance.
