Matrix visual. Trying to get totals from different measures into one column

I have this matrix visual and I'm trying to get percent of total orders as the values. So I'm trying to get two columns: [Total orders by customer name] which I have and [Total orders by customer name and delivery status] so I can divide them. I cant manage to get the totals for each delivery status into one column. I want 1033, 1838, 543 and 1182 in one column instead of 4 seperate columns, so i can divide each row by 3510 to get a percent.

Delivery statuses can overlap, an order can be both 'On Time' and 'Both' so just totaling the orders gives me the wrong values for 'On Time' and 'In Full'. The values above totals are correct, not below. In the first total_orders columns 490 should be 1033 and 1295 should be 1838.

How can I put the totals into one column accordingly? Thank you.
