Matrix only show averate total not sum but details are sum

I come from the land of Tableau and trying to migrate everything to PBI. I know not everything is the same but I'm trying to make them as close as possible. Is it possible to replicate this? 

I can only get one row wokring (yellow) and not completly. I have so many issues.

1. Can i show Totals as the average (of quarte number not sum)

2. Can I show % as Percent of Total by Fund.

3. Can I show Sum and % in one cell, one under the other

Now the matrix does not support the format. You can create an visual by yourself or create an idea here and vote for it.

If I have misunderstand your meaning, please provide more details.
