Matrix Graphical checkerboarding issue in published report

hi all,

hope someone can help with a weird issue I am having - I have a report with several matrixes on different pages, and all is working fine in the Desktop version, but the issue appears in the published version.

The alternate row colours are swapping in the published version, creating a checkerboard effect.

This is how it looks in Desktop

And this is in the published version

It's also appears inconsistently, the below screenshot is from the same Matrix

Does anyone know what would be causing this and how to get rid of it?

Many thanks in advance!

hi @amitchandak ,

thanks for your response, I've tried this but it's not changing.

I've tried different browsers (edge & chrome)  and different computers (windows 10, 11 & chromeOS) and the issue persists, other users can see it too so it seems to be an issue in the published report.

@Anonymous , I had quick look at the issue. Do not get one very similar -https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

but check and if needed , log a new one
