I have a table similar to the below
I'd like for a gauge chart to show the LATEST value--so we can see where a physician CURRENTLY sits on a measure. When I create a gauge element, it automatically takes the MAX value of my performance rate column---which could be an older entry (and not where the physician currently stands). How can I make it grab the latest date value by default instead of the max? Also, I have a date slicer--and I'm unsure how any possible solution would interact with that slicer (for anyone kind enough to help me) :). Thanks!
