Is there any option to set Table Behavior properties in POWER BI for a column of entity ?

In Power Pivot if there a single entity in the model it provide table-behavior-properties to set or define row identitfier for rows.

Which helps to resolve circular dependency error , if using calculate for more than once.

Is there any certain property avaialble in POWER BI desktop to configure same.

Nope, I haven't found these options on data models side, maybe you can try to do these on query table side.
