Is it possible for me to do this kind of classification in Power BI?

Hi everyone. Firstly, I am truly sorry for the bad handwritten in this photo.

I am still unfamiliar with some tools in Power BI. Right now, I have a set of data as shown in table below. I am currently working on the classification of data in Power BI as shown in photo below. I want to plot the values at the same scatter chart without do any count/sum/etc on the data (I think that the values can put at the "Legend"). Is that possible for me to do this kind of visualization in Power BI? If yes, what method should I use?

 

I think that I need to use Python for this..

column 1 is the data from 12:00 AM - 7:00AM,

column 2 is from 7:00AM - 3:00PM,

column 3 is from 3:00PM - 12:00AM

 

Need help on classifying value

@Anonymous , You can have a week on and column, weekday on rows and column 1, column 2 and column 3 on values in the matrix. Somewhat similar should come
