Identify not duplicate values in 2 tables

Hello,

I have 2 tables:
Table I- actual list of employees

Table II- certificates issued for employees in the past

Some of employees from certificate table does not work anymore.
When I want to show data in the table, on the top there is a ugly blank space with nr of certificates for people that does not work anymore.

My mission is to identify people who does not work anymore and delete them from a table with certificates.

I think it might be possible by comparing their names in Table I and Table II (btw. they are connected by those names as a relationship).

Do you have any idea, how to do it ?

I could do it manually, but this situation might happen again.
