Icon URL of Icon Map must be public?

Hi! I have tried Icon Map from Altius and it is quite amazing! 

My question is about the icon URL. The icon images must be hosted on an external/public website? what if I want to host images internally? Is there any idea I can still show the icon without publishing images to public website? I also tried to convert images to base 64. The image will show individually and not on the map.

Hi MiaPowerbi, 

Based on my test, I have the same experience as you. The Base 64 images don't work in Icon Map. I think you need to use image which in public or everyone could access, then  the image could show correctly in map  without permission problem.
