I have access to a file on SharePoint but can't access it from PBI Desktop

Hello,

Someone has a file on their company sharepoint for examaple: www.dddddddd.com and gave access to me with my office 365 email: www.fffffffffff.com.

I can see the file when I open in browser, I can see the folder which has that file, but when I try to load it into Power BI Destkop, it says Access is forbideen!!! I tried all combinations of Credentials - Privacy Level but no luck! It seems so strange.

I cleaned permissions, I created new file, still doesn't work.

There was no way to access it from my email so I had to use one of their company emails!!!

@Sab - What is the file type and what connector are you trying to use? Is this SharePoint Online or on-premises?

I tried both web connector and sharepoint folder connector. Same "Access to the Resource is forbidden" message.

I am not sure about the sharepoint the client uses, but is there a any difference? I can see the folder and the file in browser!!!
