How to turn off hover info in toolbar and panes when report building?

Does anyone know how to turn off the hover box function in the toolbar and panes windows?

These hover boxes are a huge nuisance factor when building reports.  They always get in the way, blocking out pane icons that I want to access, interfering with the building process.  

I understand these boxes might be useful info if you're a new Power BI user.  But that's not me.  Is there a way to turn this off?
