I am struggling in logic on below my requirement.
My Fields are:
[Project name]
[Target Start Date] & [Target End Date]: Each project has its own start and end date like (01 Jan 2020 to 31 Dec 2022)
[Reporting Date]: Each Project has its own monthly progress untill end (end will be with 100%), and this field we are going to show in monthly wise
[Plan Progress]: Where it ends with 100% which means that project Target Ended.
Below is the example: Note::: wherever I mentioned "...." which means continution of months in that year.

Now my requirement is whatever projects ended with 100%, I should show 100% for rest all rows untill long tenure project meets 100%.
example. A ended at Jan 2021 but C ends at Jan 2023. so, whatever projects are already ended those all show 100% untill C project end date.
Kindly, help me on this complex requirement.
